Some new Permissions and Conditions to extend the way to manage Worklogs for Issue.

The default Log Work on Issue Operation is proposed depending on Work On Issue Permission defined in Permission Scheme.

Minyaa Time extends Worklog Service and Workflow Manager in order to provide new Permissions and Conditions to extend the way to manage Worklogs for Issue.

Worklog Permissions

Natively, JIRA provides only permission to manage Worklog edition (Create or Update) :

Permission	Description
Delete All Worklogs	Ability to delete all worklogs made on issues.
Delete Own Worklogs	Ability to delete own worklogs made on issues.
Edit All Worklogs	Ability to edit all worklogs made on issues.
Edit Own Worklogs	Ability to edit own worklogs made on issues.
Work On Issues	Ability to log work done against an issue. Only useful if Time Tracking is turned on.

Minyaa Time provides custom Project Permissions on Worklog operation usable directly in your Permission Scheme.

One permission to allow or deny the ability to browse worklog :
- Browse Worklog Permission.

Two Permissions in order to define Worklog Permissions based on period named Closure Periods :
- Create Worklog Permissions.
- Update Worklog Permissions.

They are managed through Plugin settings.

Workable Issue

This Workable Issue Permission is defined at the Workflow level.
