Group Delegation

A Group Delegation is a rule that defines, for a Project and a Group, a population allowed to benefit from a set of features on this Delegated Group.

Delegated Group

It is a Group for which a delegation has been defined.

Features on a Delegated Group

Available features on Delegated Group are :

Users managed by : It allows granted people to manage the membership of user in a group
Groups managed by : It allows granted people to manage the membership of groups in a group (Nested Groups)
Group's members displayed to : It allows granted people to see which users are members of a group
Nested groups displayed to : It allows granted people to see which groups are members of a group
Nested members displayed to: It allows granted people to see which users are members of nested groups of a group

Grantable People

In a Group Delegation, the allowed people are identified following 3 ways :

	The Project Administrator of the concerned Project
	The members of the concerned Group
	Any User granted with the Project Permission matching with the Delegated Feature
